Milestone Homes is operated and staffed by the most professional, experienced, talented and trustworthy people in the business.  From the moment Eric, the owner, shook my hand and walked through my space, I knew I was done interviewing contractors.  He is kind and intelligent, extremely detailed oriented and has the highest sense of integrity.  My kids miss him being around every day, as well as one of Milestone's Supers, Guss.  Guss is the epitome of hard work, execution and thoughtfulness.  It was bittersweet for our family when everything was finished.

Milestone Homes remodeled multiple parts of our house and turned it into a forever home.  They coordinated everything and finished our remodel with precision and timeliness.  We remodeled our entire master bathroom, replaced countertops in our other three bathrooms, upgraded every door in the house, replaced carpet in every room, changed an extra bedroom into a den (which required a wall being knocked down), tiled the fireplace, added a real wood mantel, took out a built-in Murphy Bed and desk, added new light fixtures and repainted most of the interior walls.  It was a big remodel project and there is nobody else in the Tucson area who could have done a better job.  I feel very blessed to have had the chance to work with Milestone Homes!

We hired Eric and Milestone Homes when we decided to build our home in Tucson, and it was a great decision.  At the time we hired Milestone we were living on the east coast, but moved to Tucson before actual construction began.

Eric and his staff were incredibly thoughful and helpful in every step of the process.  He participated in meetings with the architect, being sure when needed to bring a builder's reality to the design process.  Eric estimated how long it would take to build our home, and his estimate was very accurate.  During the building period he kept us informed at every step of the process, and especially helped us during the few, but inevitable bumps in the process.  We always knew where we were in the process, from both a construction and financial viewpoint, which provided great peace of mind.

We love our home, and Milestone's help in the design, and most importantly the total attention to detail of all the Milestone employees, and their demands of the same of all the subcontractors in the construction process are what made the process so successful.

We recommend Eric and his staff at Milestone Homes unconditionally.  If for any reason we were ever to build again in Tucson we would contact Milestone immediately.

Milestone Homes works professionally as a team to deliver on time and to budget.  They exhibited professional planning, delivery and accountability on all aspects from planning, sourcing subcontractors, finding design consultation and execution.

We remodeled an existing home with unknown factors to be revealed during the construction process.  We worked together to find creative, practical solutions while the project unfolded.  By the way, this project was an overhaul of a 1975 "modern" home of 5700 square feet.  We tore up concrete floors, installing new sewer pipes as well as grey water systems;  every window in the home replaced including structural changes with steel beams and walls being re-arranged; 5 bathrooms, total kitchen, all new HVAC and oh yes, hardwood floors throughout the home.  Between sorting out the engineering, code issues (times have changed) and aesthetic changes, Milestone went with our desires and made them a reality.

After moving in, and all details have been signed off on, Eric Freedberg remains responsive and interested in our home as we work out any small bugs that may pop up.  I am completely satisfied and would recommend Milestone Homes to anyone considering remodeling or building their home.

We built our home in Tucson while living in Denver.  Milestone recommended architects and kept it going from there.  We tore down a house and Milestone was involved with EVERY aspect of the build (demolition through walk-through, including HOA foolishness).  After 19 years in business, Eric (and his supervisors) are extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of erecting a home.  All the subs were first rate as was our supervisor.  I honestly felt like I was their only customer - that's how much attention was given to our project.  It was a great experience.  We were about 45 days off our estimated completion date and this was not the fault of Milestone.  There were weather and backorder issues.  We were 2% over budget.  The differences that Eric made during our project are too numberous to mention here.  Suffice it to say, Milestone ALWAYS went above and beyond what is considered normal.  I will mention that a key architectural element was 1" off center and they redid the whole bit. I never woke up in the middle of the night stressing about the project. After interviews with other builders and from my year-long experience, I feel that Milestone is the best builder in Tucson.

My wife and I hired Milestone Homes to do a complete remodel of a home we purchased in a short sale.  Eric, his staff and subcontractors did a high quality professional job.

Our project was extended by almost a third in both time and money due to the discovery of "hidden" water drainage/damage issues.  During the entire project Eric communicated with us on a weekly, if not daily basis and helped us explore options to fit our budget.  Over the last 30+ years we have built two homes and remodeled three others.  Milestone has been by far the best contractor we've ever dealt with.
